1. Program Description

EHA Connect, a service of Elite Hoops Association, offers an SMS messaging program to keep registered users informed about basketball events, schedules, game updates, and organizational announcements. By opting in to receive SMS messages from EHA Connect, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS notifications from EHA Connect through any of the following methods:

• Account Registration: During account creation at ehaconnect.com/auth/signup, you may check the “I agree to receive SMS notifications” checkbox to opt in.
• Account Settings: After creating an account, you can enable SMS notifications in your profile or notification settings.
• Mobile App: When using the EHA Connect mobile app, you may opt in to SMS notifications through your notification preferences.
• Keyword: Text START or SUBSCRIBE to our messaging number to opt in.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you consent to receive recurring automated SMS messages from EHA Connect at that number.

Messages you may receive include:

• Event reminders and tournament announcements
• Game schedule updates and court/venue changes
• Score and stat notifications
• Registration confirmations and deadlines
• General organizational updates from Elite Hoops Association

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on event schedules and platform activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active tournament periods and fewer messages during off-seasons. Typically, you can expect 2–10 messages per month.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any charges that may apply. EHA Connect is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from EHA Connect. You may also text OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE.

Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message:

“You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”

No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your EHA Connect account, subscription, or access to the platform.

7. Help

For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP or INFO to any message. You will receive:

“Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”

8. Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from EHA Connect. You may use the platform, purchase subscriptions, and register for events without opting in to SMS notifications.

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. We use your phone number solely to send you the SMS messages described in this program.
