I want to join a team where I can contribute to its success as a whole. I am unique from other recruits academically because I am an honors student with a 4.4 GPA. As an athlete I have a great motor and run a 4:42 mile. This year, I led my team in scoring with 11.7 ppg , shot 41% from the 3-point range, and achieved second team all league in the highly competitive D1 Tri- River Athletic Conference. I was also named Captain of my team during this junior season. My team was ranked 8th in the Central Section in California; according to CIF, the Central Section has over 100 high school schools and several high ranking high school teams. I made second team all league this year. I’ll continue playing through spring and summer with Beyond Athletics basketball club, which will participate in several high competition tournaments.
